An 8-week psychoeducation and skills program for individuals who have an eating disorder or engage in disordered eating. The program is delivered by experienced mental health professionals and peer support facilitators.

- Increase awareness of disordered eating and behaviour & thinking
- Identify opportunities to explore what motivates and what hinders you
- Gain skills & strategies to keep you on track of your recovery
