Place presents a series of virtual reality (VR) mindfulness practices to provide an alternative way of learning mindfulness skills. The environment in place is in three dimensions which helps reduce distractions, boredom and discomfort sometimes present in traditional meditation exercises.

This service may help:

  • VR mindfulness can help you get started with mindfulness practice
  • Can be used with a VR headset, mobile phone or computer
