About this service

Sleep Ninja® is a free, evidence-based smartphone app shown to be effective in helping young people improve their sleep quality and reduce depressive symptoms. Sleep Ninja teaches skills for better sleep habits based on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).

This service may help:

  • Young people learn about the importance and role of sleep
  • Young people identify any habits contributing to poor sleep
  • Teach strategies to change existing unhelpful sleep patterns
